What I do
I empower organisations to help people Live More , by rediscovering their purpose and realigning how they operate, so their people thrive, customers stay loyal, and the organisation grows with integrity and strength.
My Experience
I started my career working on the shop floor, first in Brighton then assembling & calibrating Air Data Computers for Penny & Giles in Dorset, it was during this time I decided I needed to go to university, so I enrolled in a BSc in Software Engineering Management.
Since then, I've spent over 16 years helping organisations build customer focused solutions and leading software teams. I hold an MBA and a BSc in Software Engineering Management.
My Motivation
My deskjob and lifestyle left me almost desk bound, overweight, unmotivated, constant pain and sluggish. I studied, educated myself and changed my life - I became energetic, focused, and found my purpose. That journey showed me how the culture we build, at work and in life, shape our lives.
Now I help organisations create cultures that empower their people to Live More. Because when people live more, they're healthier, passionate, perform better and organisations thrive.
Personally
I'm a husband to Debbie and dad to our Lab, Brody and am a partner at UXO Specialist (opens in new tab) (where we reduce the risk from unexploded ordnance in the construction industry).
