Vegan
I follow a Vegan lifestyle and have been Vegan since 2018, and Vegetarian before that since 2014.
I was taught at a young age to 'treat others as you would like to be treated'.
As I have grown older, this has expanded from others to all animals and living beings.
This belief is one of the reasons my wife and I started Empath Magna, and why I want to help people Live More.
I use the word lifestyle here, as to me being Vegan isn't a diet, it's more than that; it's a set of beliefs, a philosophy.
"Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals."
