Help People Live More

What Live More means to me

My desk job and lifestyle ruined my health for years, simply because I didn't know better. I was lucky to find the drive to turn things around before it was too late.

I don't want others to suffer the same way. That's why I help organisations create the conditions for their people to Live More - to stay healthy, and work for an organisation that has their best interests at heart. With that improved health and trust we build better lives, and stronger organisations.

But it takes open-minded leaders who can see the value in putting people's wellbeing at the heart of their organisations.

People thrive when they have space, trust, and the time to be healthy, to feel valued and fulfilled at work and beyond.

Live More is about doing better work, embracing the human condition. It's about building systems and cultures that give people the freedom, energy, and purpose to perform at their best and truly enjoy their lives.

What Live More Means for Organisations

When an organisation helps people Live More, success stops depending on pressure and starts flowing.

Employees who feel healthy, trusted, and aligned with purpose bring more focus, creativity, and joy to everything they do. They're not running on caffeine and adrenaline; they're fuelled by purpose, energy, and their health. They make better decisions, solve problems faster, and support one another because they have the capacity to do so — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

When employees feel healthy, trusted, and aligned with purpose, they're more likely to be engaged, committed, and loyal to their organisation. They're also more likely to be happy, fulfilled, and satisfied with their work, which can lead to higher job satisfaction, lower turnover, and better retention.

When the chips are down, employees in organisations built like this, rally around the company, make sacrifices, offer support and ideas to help the company succeed, because it's more than just a job, it's family.

Customers feel that energy too. They recognise a brand that genuinely cares, one that solves problems with integrity, communicates with empathy, and treats their time and wellbeing with respect. Loyalty becomes natural because trust and authenticity are felt.

Over time, this creates a new kind of organisation health, one that lasts.

  • Healthier people mean fewer sick days, lower turnover, and sharper thinking.
  • Healthier relationships mean happier customers, stronger referrals, and sustainable growth.
  • Healthier culture means innovation, collaboration, and performance that doesn't come at the expense of people's lives.
  • Healthier culture means strength and resiliance when times are tough.

When people have the freedom and support to Live More, they don't just perform better, they bring vitality to the entire organisation. And when an organisation Lives More, it grows with strength, integrity, and purpose that compounds.

Live More and More and More

Live More may sound vague, but it's deliberate. In software and manufacturing, there's a philosophy called Continuous Improvement (CI). The idea that small, incremental changes, repeated over time, create lasting impact. Live More follows the same spirit: bold shifts when needed, but always with a culture of ongoing, people-first improvements. It's about building organisations where the lives of employees, customers, and communities continually improve - not just to survive, but to thrive.
