Disclipline
Our Hunter-Gatherer Ancestors didn't have the luxury of being lazy, their lives depended on them having discipline to survive. Today, it takes discipline to stop us being lazy, to get us up in the morning and do the exercise!
Discipline - the ability to choose our actions consciously and wisely, controlling impulses, desires, and emotions. Through discipline, we learn to act with intention rather than reacting to immediate desires or external pressures.
For me, this means making time for exercise and disciplining myself to do it when I don't feel like it, controlling our emotions when things don't go to plan, eating well, and being mindful of impulses.
In our experience, this all becomes easier when we also implement the other foundations, as these naturally reduce cravings and other challenges.
