Outside in Nature

Our Hunter-Gatherer Ancestors lived outside, they had no fixed abobe or lived in simple shelters. Ancestral In Nature is about getting outside in Nature, something most of us need to do a lot more.

Our bodies were forged by Nature, something we forget.

Expose yourself to the morning and evening light to realign circadian rhythms, absorb vitamin D from the sun, and simply stand outside and open your eyes to how beautiful this world is.

I much rather exercise outside when I can.
